This is the easier way up the smaller boulder. Question: what side of the rock does the moss grow on? (This may be useful information if you get lost in the woods.)

The SFU climbing rock is well-hidden and not many people know about it, except for those few who practice their bouldering skills there. You can reach it by an unmaintained, unmarked, trail, which can be overgrown at certain times of the year. I'd been running on the Burnaby Mountain trails for 12 years before I happened upon it by chance one day. I rate it at "5" on the seclusion scale. There's also a smaller boulder on the way to the climbing rock. Don't get it confused for the real thing.
